About
Ana graduated from of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a bachelor’s degree in Apparel Product Design, received in May 2020. Born and raised in Mexico; Ana grew up surrounded by lots of bold colors and textures derived from nature and art that would later influence her design aesthetic.
Throughout her time spent in the apparel program, she discovered an interest in sustainability and a niche in designing womenswear. She has been working for Kontoor Brands Inc. since 2019 in their patterns department, gaining experience in 3D design, and a new found love for working with denim. In 2020 she transitioned to work for the design department for the Wrangler brand under the Wrangler Youth team and continues to do 3D design and all other design responsibilities that include lab dips, trims development, fabric development, and sketching.
In 2022, she transitioned over to the Wrangler Merchandising department. She has been working on the global side for the Wrangler Outdoor product line.
